Baby Alpaca Sweater

This has been one of the best baby sweaters I have done so far, and what a great pattern. The pattern is called "Iceling Set" designed by Carol Feller and available at her website: stolenstitches.com You can click directly on her link listed under "my favorite knitting sites" here on my blog.

This sweater is a worsted weight. I chose a baby alpaca/wool yarn from Cascade called "Eco Duo" and it is so soft. The pattern also includes a hat to go with the sweater. This sweater is worth doing again and again in all different types of yarn, it would make a great baby gift. Click on photo to enlarge and see upclose.
