Boys Classic V-neck Sweater
I just finished this classic V-neck sweater for my grandson. It's a very basic pattern, but there are many options you could use like; stripes, fair isle and argyle patterning. This is a raglan construction and knit from the top-down in the round. The sleeves are picked up later and knit in the round down to the cuff. The ribbing on the V-neck is picked up and knit in the round also. This is a very easy and quick sweater, designed by Julia Stanfield. Her pattern is for sale on www.ravelry.com and is called the "Greyson" sweater, knit in worsted weight yarn. This sweater can be a blank canvas for you to make your own personal design touches to. Sizes are from newborn to 10 years. This sweater was knit in Lion Brand's, Wool Ease yarn. Now I need to go wash and block it!
