I just finished knitting and blocking my granddaughters sweater. I bought the pattern and yarn at the Madrona Fiber Festival. The pattern is by Annie Dempsey of "Oat Couture" and has directions for using fingering weight, or DK weight yarn. This sweater was knit with fingering weight, washable merino wool. I knit size, 18 months, with one skein of yarn (435yds). Yarn is from www.fancyimageyarn.com. The sweater is light weight and very soft.
